I purchased these for my 6 and 4 year old daughters. They love them. The memory is quite low, as they have to delete apps when it gets full. But overall good value

It's easy to take advantage of the warranty coverage. You can get a replacement in store vs having to ship & wait. Very convenient.

Just like insurance. Seems to high priced if you don't ever use it, glad you got it if you ever need it.

Bought the warranty hoping that I wouldn't have to use it. After 3 months the Kindle wouldn't charge and had to return it. Got a credit for the kindle but nothing for the 2 year plan. Not even partial credit or credit towards the ipad we exchanged it for. Doesn't seem right. But I guess best buy needs to make money too. I would expect more from them

Im not sure if its worth it to buy this, I bought this for my phone and thought i get 2 years for whenever anything happens. Phone breaks i turn it in but then the warranty gets voided (one time use), Second time i bought it for my sisters tablet and honestly all i saved was 20$ because all it covered was 30. So i am not sure its worth it.

Not what I expected; tablet failed within a mont, took it in for repair/replacement and was told that I would have to spend another 29.99 + tax to purchase another warranty for the replacement product since the originally purchased plan does not transfer or follow the products for two years as they make it seem. Disappointed!

Love there replacemment plans . They are awesome and they always know what to do.

Geek squad is good have for a warranty i always get the warranty

I bought a 2 year support plan for my daughter's tablet. When she dropped it and had to get it replaced in less than a year, there was no more coverage. The plan is over the first time the replacement occurs. I was of the impression that any number of issues during a two year period would be covered, but no. Only the first claim is covered. Then you have to buy a whole new plan over again. NOT WORTHWHILE. You can buy a one year plan and extend it anyway after the year is up. No need to get a 2 year plan.

You have to purchase another warranty after you utilize it. Horrible policy that you should explain upon purchase

This was not explained in the store. In the past, we have always had warranty's on items purchased and never even heard of the replacement. My son's tablet would not power on and when I took it in for service, instead, I was given another one with an option of paying another $29.99 for a replacement warranty. Not okay!

I haven't had to use this service as of yet. Hopefully I want have to.

Found out I didn't get ins for $800 dollar phone.Then i was informed I would have to contact geek squad make an appointment they take the product an return it when it's fixed or if they need to replace it but your without your product. Very much an inconvenience

What I wasn't told was that when I needed to use my warranty that the policy would be used and if you wanted to continue with the warranty on the replacement you would need to pay $29.99 again.. unhappy about that

I bought this for the Amazon Fire tablet but have not needed to use it.

Have not had to use this yet & hopefully won't have to but it is a must have in my book! You just never know what might go wrong. At least this way you have the geek squad to help.

I have only needed to use Geek Squad for warranty work 1 time. It was an easy process from the 1st call to the on site technician. Great price for extended warranty in case i ever need it, this is definitely worth it.

If you accidentally drop it they replace. But once replaced you void the warranty and have to pay for a new one with the new product. Does not carry over!

It makes it easier to get things fixed and also have peace of mind. Always get protections when buying expensive items, it is just smart.
