I purchased the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement on my Samsung Gear Fit2. I have not used it on this particular product, but have purchased the same 2-year replacement on other products purchased from Best Buy and on one occasion, Best Buy replaced an item that could not be repaired. No hassle. They stood behind their product replacement. I would recommend seriously considering the small cost of the product replacement, depending upon the item, the use of the item, and the cost of the item.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement plan on a whim because by the time I'd saved enough to buy the product I wanted (a Fitbit Aria), it had gone on sale and the price equalized out. Plus, there had been some rumblings on longevity of the device. And while I had initially I forgotten about it, I fortunately had to buy something else and happened to see the active warranty. So I took it in. No muss, no fuss, Best Buy replaced it.

These guys are THE BEST!! Having this protection for the year is great. I've taken my computers to have them cleaned and they did a phenomenal job each time, not to mention with a computer that was 2013 old. One computer I forgot the passcode and they were still able to bypass it and get it cleaned for me. Service is very easy to use and great for wearable devices especially. I would highly recommend for any and all wearable electronics or headphones. I've always gotten it on my smart watches since they're exposed to just about every use pool, hiking, cycling, etc.
