I had insurance on my first Fit bit charge and it broke after a year and a half. I took it to the store and they replaced it right away without any problems. it's totally worth it to pay extra for the warranty

This is a no brainer, for anyone whom purchases from Best Buy. This is one of the best protection plans around. I've had to use it several times, and have always been happy with the outcome.

Got into a motorcycle accident and my samsung active 2 was destroyed and boy was I glad I got geek squad protection because they gave me a brand new one!

I always buy protection from Geek Squad. They never let me down. I always get excellent service every time I need it.

I don't normally get these but it has been a great option for my fitbit that I use constantly. Am able to go in and get a new one and back to tracking the same day everytime one stops working without hassle.

I recommend the geek squad service for most of the products you buy because of the no hassle repair/return policy. If they can't repair it they will replace or give your money back(minus the geek squad service cost). I always get the service on products like tvs, computers, appliances, etc.

Hope to not use, but have on another purchase. Was well worth having.

Thankful for this protection. Was within 2 months of warranty expiration when watch quit. No problems at Best Buy. Great service!

My charge2 had some issues with my lifestyle...I work outside, I work with horses and I run. The charge2 was awesome but took a beating. Took it into best buy and no fuss, no muss, replaced it

I had a cracked screen on my watch and took it in to see what I needed to do to get a new one through my protection plan and I walked out with a new watch the same day. Very happy with the replacement program.

Worth it. They replaced the watch due to cracked screen.

Have used in the past for other items (haven't needed it for this yet) and this is a great program!

This is so good to have. i have this on all our watches. inly had to use it twice and it was a huge save.

Have not had a need to use but I'm sure if I needed it should take care of my issues. Had this Geek Squad before use it and my laptop was replaced.

I always make sure to get the protection on electronics bc im so clumbsy and dont ever pay attention and break nearly everything.

Why wouldn't I get this for my wearable technology? A great price and it covers accidental damage too!! I hope I never need to use it, but just in case I'm covered. Don't have to replace my charge HR out of pocket!

You’re gonna want this warranty if you want peace of mind or have fear of damaging your smart watch. Highly recommend if you’re an outdoorsy person.

I get geek squad service with all my tv, computer, appliances, cameras, etc. It pays for itself if you have to take your product back for repair or return.
