    Dont get the point, when I still had to pay???

    I bought the warranty for my Fitbit and Ive already had to return the band twice!! I didnt have to pay the first time for the replacement but when I brought the band back the second time they made me pay $10. It covers wear so why am I still having to pay?? I would get the warranty because a whole new band sets you back $60ish bucks but I wish they were more transparent when it comes to things like this. If my band breaks a 3rd time am I going to pay $10, or $20?? Will it increase every time I make a return??? Not happy about this at all

    Like all insurance, it's nice knowing we have it but if you never have to use it, it's hard to say if it was worth it and the only way to find out is of the Fitbit we bought it for malfunctions or breaks...but it seems like a fairly sturdy device.

    The sales clerk painted a really nice picture of the service but it was not to be always an excuse and return service was longer than usual. I always say dont buy it but this time I did.

    I don’t like the idea about pay for the insurance and also pay more de $100 if the item doesn’t and they have to replace it because they do not fix it.

    It is a great buy until you have to swap it out for another watch and then you’ll have to pay the difference and they should change you a bit still worth it i guess

    Being able to switch exercise gear washes was great utilizing my plan to do so . I would definitely say just that if you still have money from the protection plans are always upgrade your watch a periodical.

    Hopefully I will not need to use this service But I thought it might be worth the cost since the product that I purchased it to protect is expensive and basically a computer. And as we all know, computers break often.

    This one cover your device once. In case of any think happen it replace your device, then you have to buy a new plan. The plan is one time use only.

    Unfortunately, I was forced to visit the store three times, called support twice, and ended up leaving with more issues than I've ever had trading in and purchasing a phone. The staff spoke poorly about their own support, opened my sealed products without asking, and then refused any option for refunds or exchanges despite being told previously by staff and support that either would be possible. This was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had in a retail setting. I purchased a geek squad warranty for my pixel watch, but if I ever find myself in a position where I need to make a warranty claim, it will be difficult to expect much more than another waste of time in the store.

    I'm glad I got this because I'm not all that gentle with my Alta screen but the corner of it peeled off within the first week and didn't seem sized to the screen well. It still does what it is supposed to though.

    the first year that you are pretty much wasting your money unless you have to get a total replacement. it won't do much for minor repair. Geek Squad tells you to send to manufacturing company for the 1st year.

    I don't like Geek Squad because of the simple fact; they don't give you back your taxes when you have to use your warranty to return your product.

    I purchased the plan, I used the plan because my watch needed repair. Then I had to get a whole new plan.

    Unsure of the need for this. Had an initial open box buy that lasted 2 weeks and Geek Squad made me pay a prorate even though the watch had a defect and was faulty from the maufacturer

    I got a watch like my daughters and it was too big for me so I returned it for a smaller one that I love. My daughter loves her and likes the size.
