I got my first iPhone from best buy. I got the geek squad protection plan. Didnt use it for over a year. The one day I took my case off my phone i dropped it on concrete and shattered the screen. I took it to best buy and they ordered me a new iPhone no questions asked. Only thing I had to do was transfer everything from the first phone to the second.

I love this watch. It has so many things you can do and I have a lot of medical issues. I can do a lot of them on this watch.

I Purchased the geek squad protection and the Replacement plan came in handy when my Samsung Fitbit broke. They didn’t have it in stock any longer so I was refunded in full for the purchase which was very nice . I highly recommend the purchase of protection plans so you can at least get your money back if you’re unable to get a replacement .

I recommend getting the protection plan for every purchase that would be expensive to replace. I haven't needed to use it yet for my most recent purchase (Gear S3), but I used it, hassle-free for my Bluetooth headphones. Once they stopped getting clear connection, free replacement. They snapped in the middle, free replacement. This is a good investment.

This insurance has came in handy so many times! Gives me peace of mind

buy the 2-year plan because you will regret when you break that device. if not buy it then you risk everything.

I would definitely get Geek Squad protection on the products that I buy through Best Buy they stand behind the products and it is nice to have the protection there in case any accidents happen or malfunctions that are not covered by manufacturer warranty. Also it is nice to be able to bring my product right into the store instead of mailing it in to get the warranty covered

I'm very grateful that I have the opportunity to have a protection plan on this watch.

I really like this service and feel that it is worthy of the amount for an assurance of maintaining my items in top working condition and that I can come into best buy or use chat for feedback on an item if I have an issue

I took my computer to best buy and needed help with it the first time. I didn't have an appointment so I had too come back a different day because they was all booked up. The day I got there they was very prompt in helping me but I had too pay $300 ish for the security app so they could fix it. Plus I had to leave my computer there and pick it up when it was done. That's why I'm giving 4 stars because I was disappointed in having too come back. And paying $300 upfront too get it fixed.

I recommend buy this warranty for the watch because this works perfect, when my watch have a year the battery began to discharge faster and just returned and got a new watch.
