Easy to set up. Tons of fun. I recommend buying a second party head strap for added comfort

Thankfully I take good care of my items so I usually don't have to walk with getting repairs. But it's always a comfort knowing I have a warranty for its replace incase something does happen. I will say though I wouldn't get a warranty if it's for a limited edition item as the company won't replace it with the exact edition but just with 'whats ever in stock'. They never said if it was the stock of the store or the warehouse that 'fixes' things.

The agent help out to his fullest potential and I then was told to visit customer service which I had the great pleasure and opportunity to receive a great offer so I was very pleased with my visit appointment at Best Buy

Hopefully we will never have to use it, but good to know we are protected

This is a great buy! Only small issue is the battery dies very quickly but other than that, this is an amazing item!
