Good add on for the Quest 2, hope i never have to use it soon but it does give you a peace of mind to know that you are covered.

Love Geek Squad Service when I can use it. However, my stuff always seems to have issues within a couple months of that two year window. For example, Oculus 2 was not used very much the first two years. Now that the kids are older, usage has picked up the last 3-4 months. Left controller stopped working 2 weeks ago, just outside of the two year warranty, with normal usage. $75 to replace from website and not carried in stores. Would be nice to have an option for longer service period.

Love the Oculus. Getting the protection plan is a nice piece of mind moving forward. Highly recommend the system and the plan.

Always good to get the protection for any electronics just knowing that the product can get fixed or replaced

You mean when this thing stops working I can just come in o the store and replace it? Anytime in 2 years? No brainer.

It was good that we got a replacement but not happy that warranty had to be repurchased

Got the occulus rift s for my son. He tends to break his controllers on his gaming system. Buying the protection plan was a no-brainer.

I haven't had to use the geek squad on this yet. But in the past when I have they have been amazing. Worth the extra for protection.

I don’t always recommend warranties but it provides good peace of mind when purchasing laptops for your kids!
