i feel like the geek squad are just there just to get paid but some other people who work there love their job and are very useful.

bday present for son. he seems to really enjoy. I tried it out and there were some cool VR programs but def not much to keep my attention

I purchased this for my daughter's Oculus. I hope to never use it but I thought it was a bit pricey. It seems that it would be based on a % of purchase. It added almost another $100 to my bill.

Bought for Christmas and the same day of opening, we bought 2, both had issues with the remotes. They are too expensive for this issue, kids couldn’t even enjoy them.

My stuff never breaks when I get extra warranty coverage - in this case if you take care of unit you shouldnt have an issue for years !!!

Normally, I would give a good review on the service, but with Covid, it’s been too difficult to reach them.

Hopefully this won’t be needed but it’s nice to think my VR is insured.

The sensors stopped working after a year. However, because I bought the warranty 1 month after the product, it took nearly THREE MONTHS for everything to be reconciled and to get a replacement product. If you want to avoid all the months of hassle, but the warrant at the same time as the product. I would have got an exchange on the first attempt!

Glad you can get the Geek Squad Service, but the drawback is you can't renew.

Purchased for 2 Oculus quests . released 10/13, but protection plan states it started on 10/08 and 10/09 on my Best Buy account. how can the plan start before we received the product???

Don’t buy the oculus but if you do buy the protection plan just in case it falls of your head

Wish it wasn’t so expensive! I have bought Best Buy warranty’s in the past and the Geek Squad does a good job.

Ordered them about a month ago and they still won’t ship tell December 30th

Not sure how to talk about the geek squad protection as I've never needed to use it.

When occulas broke there was no replacement available in the store.
