The process of having a product replacement warrant is the best thing I did.

Well got it for the VR and I ended up losing a controller but they don't actually have good insurance for the VR since they make you do everything through meta instead which means you have to ship everything over to them rather than having to just go to Best buy where you bought it from and if you buy a vr it already has a year warranty so buying protection from best buy doesn't guarantee they'll help you with a vr

I got this for my 17yr old and he loves it. I tried one game and I about screamed. Has amazing graphics and games

Very good product. Very clear images, my son loves it. The only complaint I have is that there are no games included and you have to buy them online, no cards you can buy for the recipient to use.

Very cool concept, but not ideal for family fun. So hard to adjust everytime you switch users, hard to get a perfect fit even without switching heads.
