Geek squad was always my favorite customer support team ever since i was a kid. But this time i was blown away by the supportive actions geek squad took to assure i had everything i needed. From assuring that everything was in the box to letting me know that my warrantee should be accessable through the app. My experience at bestbuy is always so rewarding but the cherry on top is the cool geeky smiles on heek squad faces. 100% recommend getting the warranty on most items but especially this. Meta can charge you 80$-100$ per controller you break, which is more expensive than the protection of the entire product including the headset and both the controllers! Definitely recommend.

Ihave been making purchases for the past 10 years and the service is unbeatable, doesnt matter if you have had something for a day or a day before the warranty expires that will get you taken care of!!!

I liked the software and how immersive can be once you try it. I thought that it wasn’t worth it, but the meta quest store has a lot of good titles, I bought the 256gb one with the discount of Black Friday that includes beat saber and resident evil 2, and I don’t regret my purchase. I would recommend it to everyone to try it and experience it by yourself, if you don’t like it, you can return it to Best Buy and you are going to get a full refund

Love Geek Squad!! easy to talk with someone, schedule appointment for repairs, representatives nice, understanding, goes above and beyond to resolve issue, and overall very pleasant doing business with them.. Best Buy is a great place and add the geek squad is fabulous. Recommend adding protection to any device.

Overall the best optics ,minimal blurriness great color, awsome sound, quick and easy setup comfortable color passthrough so u can still see whats going on in the room around you.

We haven't had this much fun in ages! I find myself watching the kids being goofy instead of watching my TV!

My son got this for Christmas two years ago and he loves it. Never had a problem with it except for he plays way too much. Probably the only downside has amazing games in life like VR.
