Bought for a friend and broke it a few days after, glad i got it for them

I know the new model is coming out soon but the quest 2 has eveything you need for an entry level vr headset.

They were very helpful with giving us a refund, as well as picking out something better for my son.

They have a great service. I borught a laptop for them to fix the keyboard and it was quick!

Oculus is life changing. I was sold at oculus Rift and now Quest 2 give you some many more options. This thing is great for hard core gamers or for a cool fitness toy.

Always get the protection plan. It’s very useful and geek squad normally is able to fix it. It’s not a one time use so it goes based on a deductible of how much you paid for the device.

Geek squad is always ready to help. They’ll either fix it or replace but they always give you honest answers.

It's a good idea to purchase because you can drop,throw or hit things while playing. We hit and dropped the controllers many times.
