    Bought coverage this the Oculus is still new on the marker. Best Buy customer service really makes sure to fix or replace item that is covered.

    I’m really disappointed with my experience on my recent order. I placed it on October 29, and for an entire month the status has stayed at ‘Ready for packaging’ with no progress or updates. This is very frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Best Buy. I would appreciate better communication, accurate timelines, and real updates when an order is delayed for this long.
