I wasn't thinking about getting the protection plan. I usually do not get it but the associate explained it to that it protects from any damages so I couldn't say no. Great customer service.

This headset exceeded all expectations I had for vr in general. I always thought it was just a cool gimmick but playing on this headset has opened the door for me into this new world. Only issue i have with the headset is the occasional slowdown or freeze up, but that only started with the last 2 big updates. I cant wait to upgrade to a quest 3 so I can try out the new mixed reality features.

They liked them it was a good purchase but price was little high

I was get this and renew it when the 2 years up. It is perfect to have if it goes out or needs repaired.

Geek Squad has been a tremendous help with fixing or just see what is going wrong with my kids phones. Every time was convenient wayyyy better than having to travel way out to Apple.

Crazy expensive but worth it. My son loves this thing. Get the protection plan and thank me later.

The geek squad protection plan is a must. I was having issues with my quest 2. I had stick drift, battery draining, and apps closing in middle of game. I took my headset in and they exchanged it, no questions asked. I was able to upgrade to the quest 3 at a fraction of the cost because of this plan. Don’t ever go without the geek squad protection plan on large purchases!

Clear and precise . Great, sound system. My son loves it. The characters are so realistic. It feels as if you're really in that place fighting the characters or enjoying yourself having fun

We bought this for my son for Christmas and it was his FAVORITE present by far! He loves the games on there. He even got his grandmother and grandfather on and they just loved it! They couldn’t stop laughing and they are very old so it was surreal for them to see and work this type of technology. A great product that truly can bring the whole family together. It’s also hilarious to watch the person playing the game.

I love everything about the Geek Squad 2-year Accidental Product Replacement Warranty. At first I was leery of purchasing this warranty, but when we needed it they came through 100%. My son had purchased an Oculus and the controller cracked. The Geek Squad could not replace his controller because there were newer versions out, so they ended up refunding him 100%. I highly recommend this product warranty service and will buy it for all of my large purchases that may need a warranty in the future.
