Purchase last Xmas unfortunately was on recalls so system stopped working again bestbuy.com gave full refund remember this product had total factory refund

The ugly Eulis stopped working within two months, and the geek squad quickly replaced it.

Haven’t had to use this yet it was purchased for my Oculus quest 2 vr game system, it was priced right and I have had good luck in the past with these plans so I know it’s a great value for the money and Best Buy’s stands by what they sell.

Great warranty. Highly recommend any issues and Best Buy service department takes care of everything. No hassle no issues.
