This plan is a must. we got this for the VR headset because we assumed we would have an issue before long and we were correct. With the plan we get no hassle. Worth the extra money!

Awesome coverage and peace of mind when my son is using his oculus that this investment is protected I always buy they’re extended warranty because u never know!!

My kids love this thing but Im not so sure that white and cloth material that is NOT washable is a good idea. Its now gray on the cloth material as hands touch that part all the time. Seems to me this was a technique so it will have to be replaced soon. As expensive as it was it could have been a cleanable material.

This is such a great deal. Walked-in, showed the issue, and basically walked out in 15 minutes with a replacement.
