Haven't had to use it yet but I'm sure if something goes wrong they will be there for me.

Got this for an Oculus Quest 2 Elite Head Strap, and considering some of the experiences people are having, I definitely appreciate having Best Buy's warranty for it.

I've truly enjoyed using my Oculus! The fitness programs are fun and encourage working out. I do wish it came with a case and silicone cover though.

Thecbest part you can use your phone Oculus app to download games look for reviews and stream to the phone over tv. I added a docking station for easy charge.

I have not used it yet, but my partner plays or uses it daily. He enjoys the enagagment of the device.
