love this felt like i was actually there. the kids love and keeps them entertained

Even though I have, the protection plan is good to know that I have something to fall back on if my products break or get damaged

I had problems with my laptop and the geek squad was very helpful and they had my laptop ready in a few hours, when I picked it up they told me what was the issue and gave me instructions on what to do.

Everything works perfectly. I bought it and have no regrets at all. The quality is good and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Have only had to return a couple of items for various reasons and have never had a problem with your service

A lot more better quality than last generation and a decent price for first starting out in VR

If you think you don't need it, you do. Life got the last oculus water damaged... was a headache until I remembered I had bought the accidental damage protection and geek squad was super helpful with replacing it!

I have used accidental protection for other products in the past and Best Buy has always been great with replacing products

This device is great! It's a fun way to feel like you are in a real game! My kids love it and we love taking turns!

I’ve always bought geek squad protection and it comes in handy when all your sons are gamers. My youngest got an oculus a few years ago as a Christmas present and basically played with this VR until the band became loose and the controllers were unresponsive. We still had the protection plan at the time and were able to use it towards his oculus. Worth every cent no matter the electronic.

MUST!! You need to get this esp if you have kids. THEY WILL BREAK their device! I've used this a time or two on various things already and it has saved me A LOT OF MONEY!

OMG when I first put this on it was like a whole new world. I actually convinced my sister and another friend to buy one as well and they absolutely are in love with it. I love the games and how it feels so real. The tutorials are good and are definitely necessary to maneuver around the Meta lands. The games feel so real and I love actually watching movies on it. This is definitely a must buy. Also I recommend buying rechargeable batteries for the remotes because if you play a lot then you’re going to need them as well as the extended battery for the headset.

The insurance is easy to use when we need to. I always like to get it when I can.

Definitely recommend getting a warranty, i made a mistake and didn’t buy and had to repurchase
