I put this on EVERY ELECTRONIC PURCHASE I MAKE. Sometimes I discover the cashier didn't warranty the EXPENSIVE items and I'm left with no warranty when needed. Highly disappointing. Why warranty the $10 purchases but not the $200+ purchases. Shady actions by their employees when they can plainly see I warranty EVERYTHING big and small. Also, ordered online and even though I paid for everything they mysteriously dropped my warranty for to being labeled as undelivered. Then why did I still PAY for the product. UPS error but now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work properly.

Well with it when my controller cracked and wouldn't charge properly. I had searched all over for a replacement then I decided to check my order and found that I purchased protection. The process was easy to set up an appointment and resolve my issue it was definitely worth the price we paid

We always always always buy the warranty! Best Buy is the best at making sure you receive a replacement.

I will always recommend because we paid $80-$100 for the warranty and they replace the entire unit just because the strap was broken

Bought this for Christmas for my kids a couple of years ago and they absolutely love it!!!! I love that they can get exercise and have fun while doing it. Great purchase would buy it again!!!

It’s a great start to vr would recommend INIU DI401 16FT VR High Speed Transfer Link Cable for longer game play cause the battery life on the headset isn’t ideal for gamers who play for hours on end

In my opinion this headset out performs headsets that cost double if not triple its price. The FOV isn't the highest and the black levels aren't the best but that's about it for the negatives. The panels are sharp, the sweetspot is wide and the inside out tracking is phenomenal and the best part is its WIRELESS. This headset is almost the best PCVR headset as well but you will need to buy separate cords and spend some time learning settings. You also need pretty beefy hardware to run it at native resolution on PC (think 3070 or 3080).

Nice option to help us feel better when spending a lot of money on an item. Peace of mind because sometimes, thing's just quit working.

I can’t believe how far we have came in technology.I’m so amazed every time I put on my VR set. I can’t wait until they come out with virtual reality so everyone around me can see what I see. i’m still learning how mess around with it but that all the fun is.

My sons Meta Quest has had to be replaced 3 times. Each time exchange was simple and very fast. I always put the geek squad protection on everything i buy!
