Purchased for 2 Oculus quests . released 10/13, but protection plan states it started on 10/08 and 10/09 on my Best Buy account. how can the plan start before we received the product???

not bad but its overpriced... way overpriced... lower your prices bestbuy

Don’t buy the oculus but if you do buy the protection plan just in case it falls of your head

Customer service is terrible, ordered product and service plan was told it was all on the 12 month financing plan only to find out plan and quest were placed separately leaving me with a plan not on the financing plan had I not checked the plans interest would have eaten up the monthly payment this making me behind on the payment. After asking them to fix the problem I was told they can’t and the item is outside of the return window so I’m stuck with it

Wish it wasn’t so expensive! I have bought Best Buy warranty’s in the past and the Geek Squad does a good job.

Not sure how to talk about the geek squad protection as I've never needed to use it.

When occulas broke there was no replacement available in the store.

Eh whadaya gonna do its all they offer and kind of a pain sometimes to deal with

had a great time with this headset. i would recommed for everyone to get one

rating 3 because it’s always good to get protection. can’t say anything bad or extremely good on it

I have not used the apple care replacement service yet. I dont know

The graphics are not as good as I thought… hope they can make it better

Have yet to use. For certain products these warranties are a must buy.

geek uad is a gfood product easy to use would recommend

I have not needed to use this yet and hopefully it won’t in the future.
