The 2 yr replacement warranty i purchased with the Meta Quest was not refunded when i had to bring the game in due to a controler needing to be replaced due to my son dropping it on the floor. I didnt quite understand why it wouldn't apply to the new game i was given due to them not being able to replace 1 controler. Other than this, I've never had an issue with them.
