Did not keep the Geek Squad service because I was not happy with the product. But I would still recommend Geek Squad on electronics.

Thr Meta Quest 3 is an awesome product. Its not just for video games but general VR as well. One thing I would add is don’t get Best buy’s watranty if you’re into saving money. Their sales associate was pushing the best buy warranty which was $100 dollars but Meta offers the same warranty with accidental damage for $49,99…

I liked it. Not the best VR headset on the market, but it’s definitely good enough to handle the games I play. It can have some kinks and quirks with tracking the position of hand controller or the relative distance in the boundary, but it’s not bad enough to ruin my experience. Really easy to setup, just download an app and press a few buttons. Lack of wires is really convenient. Overall, a lot of value for the price. Would buy again.

Good service from Best Buy in fixing one small issue with the strap.

I have relied on Geek Squad for many years, always choosing the protection plan for my electronics. When I can bring in my device, they send out a dedicated team, and my teens often utilize the chat option for troubleshooting. I definitely recommend them!

I have bought extended warranty for Meta Oculus and i have to say I'm well pleased. The warranty was hundred percent covered and the whole system was replaced with brand new product within a few days. It's well worth it, because you never know what may happen. I purchased the warranty on the new one as well.
