This was bought together with my sons MetaQuest2. I have yet to use it but store employee explained the warranty to us and we decided to purchase because of the great customer service and detailed information that was given to us.

The Geek Squad protection is totally worth it! Around the 1 year mark, our original Oculus had some damage to it and we took it in and they refunded the full cost of our original purchase and we ended up being able to get the brand new model with protection again of course and it was a lifesaver!!!

Havent used the service for this item yet but its helped me many times in the past for other products

Purchased for Oculus2, after running into walls and dropping controllers while wildly fighting off a zombie horde, I'm glad I have the replacement service. I have used the service in the past for a tablet, works just like they sell it, repair or replace.

Bought as a gift. son likes it found a lot more games online. its great for family night. we have had many nights playing. I have told many friends about it, and a few have bought one.

This technology has so much potential that i cant wait to see what else we will be able to do with this product down the road, I recommend this VR for anyone who is looking to have an amazing experience!

BestBuy's Geeksquad service is something I've thankfully never had to utilize, but I know that they stand by their customers, and products, and are always going to help you any time they can.

Almost didn't but this protection plan but after reading the plan details it actually is a really good idea to purchase if you are buying a VR for a teen or pre teen. I would highly recommend buying the Geek Squad plan if you are buying a VR system for a kid.

Broke the controller and gave me replacement for free and connected automatic I had to do no work.

I saved myself a lot of money when my Quest 2 battery stop working. I was able to get a new Quest for free because of the 2 year extended warranty.

Glad to have this when I need it. You never know with technology sometimes and they make it easy for me. I can fix it myself but peace of mind and hassle free is worth it for things like a Quest 2. Especially since the manufacturer has a short warranty.

I would never think that I could love a device like this one! Watching movies on NETFLIX is the best experience I have ever had! Totally recommend it!!!

This vr head set it by far the best one yet. I have hours of fun on it. No complaints here.
