I had a lower model and the controller broke and it wasn't able to be repaired and since that model was no longer available, I got an upgraded version for a little more money.

Oh my...this is definitely a keeper for the whole family. In fact, I've got to order a second one because my kids are always arguing over who's turn it is to use it.

it is very nice to know that if something were to happen there is somewhere to go. have never had problems in the past w this.

My grandson loves this system, and I have to say I am also impressed. The only issue we have is the fact that the lenses fog up very easily. Other than that, it is pretty amazing!

utilize the vr headset for more than 20 min this helps with gaming confort. 4 out 5 rating missing top head padded support,if you can do with out then it a good buy.

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

Must have protection if you’re a VR set. Remotes broke from hitting a wall, setup an appointment and got the whole VR set replaced!

Well got it for the VR and I ended up losing a controller but they don't actually have good insurance for the VR since they make you do everything through meta instead which means you have to ship everything over to them rather than having to just go to Best buy where you bought it from and if you buy a vr it already has a year warranty so buying protection from best buy doesn't guarantee they'll help you with a vr

Definitely get the 2 year protection plan. It is so worth it. If anything happens to the unit they will replace it within 2 years of purchase.
