For an unexpected pick up I'm really enjoying it for the most part.

Great gift we got out 12 year old, not only does she enjoy but the whole family has fun with it

WE love it !!! Is a little tight around the head and takes some getting use to but such a fun experience and great games offered.

I always recommend getting the extended warranty on technology. Geek Squad is great because you don't have to deal with the manufacturer if something goes wrong.

Love Geek Squad Service when I can use it. However, my stuff always seems to have issues within a couple months of that two year window. For example, Oculus 2 was not used very much the first two years. Now that the kids are older, usage has picked up the last 3-4 months. Left controller stopped working 2 weeks ago, just outside of the two year warranty, with normal usage. $75 to replace from website and not carried in stores. Would be nice to have an option for longer service period.

I got the geek squad on this just in case because he’s already had to replace it it was dropped on the floor so good the geek squad replaced it for free

Worth the extra cost when manufacturer warranties are only good for a year or two. Makes returns to Best Buy easy and hassle free.

I hope to never use this but it’s always nice to know that some has your expensive item covered!

I got a meta quest when it was slcalled an oculus. Its the same thing

this is awcome however for me i get headaches from eye strain so i returned it..

My Daugther loves the be she always plays on it I just got a chance to play with it and it’s worth the money

For something this expensive , I want it to be repaired , if something goes wrong , so that I may keep using it for all the fun I have been having with it .
