Excellent perfect for me you always need insurance

I’ve used geek squad protection in the past and it works great . I’ve never had issues returning damaged products

I purchased the Geek Squad warranty for my new Fitbit because they were so good to work with when I had issues with my first Fitbit

I haven't actually used this yet but i am hopeful.

The service plan is the smartest purchase for your smart watch. If I have any issue they have been very good to take care of it.

49.99 for 2 years is not bad at all for my Moto 360

I chose to purchase this coverage because the fit bit is not waterproof and my daughter is only 13 years old. Just in case...

I think this is well worth the cost. If anything happens fix for free or get a new one.

Good service, get items back in a timely manner, if they can't fix it u get a new one or the $$$ towards a new purchase!

My last Fitbit died within two years so this an inexpensive plan to cover for new device should anything happen to the new one.

Awesome watch I took away one start because they took out MFT from the watch

HAvent had to use it yet, hopefully this one wont die after a year like the rest.

Im giving it 3 stars because at tue time i blourchase the insurance i was told by the worker if for any reason it stopped working i can take it in for money back and 2 years later i took it in they say they dont do money back only replacements so they need train there workers better

They're ok I suppose. Nothing special really mostly basic work they do.

This warranty was for the Galaxy Watch. I purchased it because we have children.

I have found this service to be beneficial on tech items I have purchased at Best Buy.
