Every time I buy one of these protections plans they are never used so it seems like a good idea because you want to protect your purchase but in the end you end up just spending extra money because she don't use it it would be better if it was for the lifetime of the product

Haven't had to use it yet. Hopefully if I ever do, I won't have problems

This is nice to have a warranty especillynfor the fitbit when you need it.

Quick to give you a replacement if they have it. But they usually dont.

Have to get so don’t have to worry about anything in future

have not had a chance to use it yet, but when i do, i am not really looking forward to the $29 deductible per instance fee and i think you only get 1 or 2 repairs or replacements maximum allowance

I think your people need a little more instruction. Was told a restore would take several hours - I restored my hard disk at home in less than 2 hours and I picked thru what I wanted not just a restore as I had the apps software on disk and installed those as well in the same time included above. Must say they were very professional just need for them to have better training.
