Ordered fit-bit online also got two year replacement warranty. Had a little over year fit-bit quit woking called to get replacement was told i had to take back to store, Don't understand why I can order online but I can't send back for replacement .

Do I have Geek squad protection because every time I call y’all tell me I don’t have it and I know I always purchase it with every item that I get from you all

Had to use it in less than a month!! And had to buy new one after getting another watch, that has the same issues again, told i have to rebuy the additinal warranty

Won't fix watch in store and will be without for at least a month. Defeats the purpose of a warranty.

For some reasons my 2nd Samsung Watch that broke. Not sure what the issues is.

I tend to always reccomend these plans. But this one was not worth it on a smartwatch.

Didnt need it watch worked fine for the term of contract. However after 2 years not so much.

I haven't used it yet. Hopefully they can tell me how to work it better than the salesman. The salesman told me there was a 30 day warranty and that's why I bought the warranty. Very disappointed in the salesman

Be careful purchasing this plan I purchased this plan thinking it would cover some cases of accidental damage IT DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND

Worthless to buy in my opinion but for piece of mind get it

Very bad I tried to get my watch fixed got the run around I ended just letting it go because i got the run around for weeks what a wast of money guys

Did not like the fact that they replace product and give you a new one but can not buy the extended warranty or continue with what is left on the warranty on the new product replaced.

Nice color but battery runns to fast it charge fast and the color is nice

They used to replace your item any time it broke under the same warranty, but now you have to rebuy one every time you bring it in for swap.

This is scam because you don't need it until you need it

I love the geek squad warranty's! On any large purchase my husband and I get this! You never know when you buy a lemon, so this is awesome to have for those just in case incidents!

I didn't buy any protection plan for my smart watch so i need to check that out next time I go to the store

Sad to say the life of the phone is very short. i purchased it a year ago n it doesn't work anymore.

I work on computers and build them and these guys have no idea what they are doing. But replacement plans are worth it depending on what item you have
