Amazing support and excellent customer service! The Geek Squad team was very professional, quick, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I really appreciate their efficiency and friendly attitude.

Everything is great, but the alert vibration and sound both are week. Apple watch used to wake me up just with alert vibration, but this epix pro gen 2 51mm wont wake you up, need to use phone.

I get this on all my projects from best buy.But especially my watches, no issues.I file claims before it's a simple process and well worth the money

Great experience with the protection plan! My phone and TV broke within the 5 year plan and they fixed / replaced no questions asked. I always get the protection plan at best buy with every purchase due to the positive experience.

Went to exchange an item I had did all the troubleshooting so thankfully they realized they said everything I did is what they would have done they recommended I exchange it in order to keep my protection plan and not utilize it for something that they knew I already took care of.

Buy the geek squad protection If they cannot fix it.They'll give you a store card to purchase a similar item. Totally worth the money.

I know im hard on things especially screens. Last time i bought a watch i didnt get snt protection plans and cracked it the same week. It mad me sad and i didnt have the money to fix it, so this go around i did this plan and know i wont have any issues.

We never needed to use the product protection within the two year period but I’m glad it was there..

I had a lot of problems with my Fitbit versa 2 and i wished i had gotten a extended warranty with it. But since i recently got a Galaxy watch 8 i wanted a extended warranty for any repairs it needs within 2 years.

I will always do a warranty with all my purchases… If anything, it extends the warranty that comes with the product and the service that I receive at Best Buy with the geek squad is excellent.

I have been using them for years and they really solve problems and are very efficient.
