Insurance is a must and all my electronic products. It provides that safety and protect my investment.

I used the Accidental Product Replacement with my old FITBIT Charge and it was great, Every time my FITBIT had issues, the warranty allowed me to receive a new FITBIT.

For an unknown reason, my husband's FitBit quit working. I took it back to Best Buy and it was replaced--then and there! Good use of money for piece of mind.

Best thing when buying electronics is having insurance to fix/replace them when they fail.

Two of us bought the band and both worked great for the first month. One band malfunctioned, stopped syncing, and screen became static. BUT thanks to BB's return policy and Geek Squad, I was able to replace the malfunctioning band with a new one. The new one is working great. Now we have 2 happy MS Band users in our home.
