I never buy this insurance but I did on this product and when my dog got skunked and the band held on to the smell they replaced the unit immediately.

Luckily nothing has happened to my watch so far so I haven't needed to drop by geek squad yet, but it's nice to know I'm protected in case something happens.

I purchased a warranty like I do on lot of my stuff she is always good with her stuff but there's always a ooops

Alright. I guess it is good. I havent really used this service yet. But i guess thats mostly a testament to the quality of the watch

I'm glad I purchased the warranty because that last watch cracked in half without me dropping it or anything & I was able to replace it without paying additional money.

Havent had to use it but takes alot of pressure off of worry about busting it up seems pretty durable.

You should always get something to back up a defective product. Just in case. Best Buy has never sold me something that didn't work, but I do like to be prepared.

Gotta have this if you are going to buy tech at Best Buy! Otherwise the customer service is not what it could be...
