I don't normally purchase coverage, but when the user is active and frequently bumps his arms and legs on metal pipes at work... you can't lose.

Got for the peace of mind on my samsung smart watch, haven't had to use it yet so I cant speak on the process.

W haven't had to use this but it's nice knowing that they will cover anything that might happen, even as small as buffing scratches out ofbthe screen

I didn't know I could get a warranty on my Fitbit. But I love that I have one. I haven't needed to use it yet. But it's nice to know it's there if needed.

I always recommend the protection plan with electronics. You never know and it's saved me more than once...

The pro is well worth the money solid build and battery life

I haven't used this for my new product but have on past and it is well worth the money. If fitbit quits working take it to Best Buy and get a new one

GreekSquad took care of my issue for a previous watch that was acting up. They totally changed ordered me a new one and replaced it for a new one.

I've had to use this twice with a Fitbit, once for the charging port and once for the band. Both times the issue was resolved effortlessly.
