Protection warranty ia very needed for this watch. The last version was ruined by sweat making it's way through the seal. Hopefully this version doea not have that issue.

More than I could ever wanted. Just looking at this watch is gonna make you want to run! Battery last forever.

A lot of people think negatively of these plans, but if I'm spending a decent amount of money on something, it's definitely worth a bit extra for the accidental plans. Being a complete clutz, I've been able to break the unbreakable. Best Buy makes it so easy to replace even when it's my fault it broke!

Love that I can take my watch into a best buy store for service or issues. Ive only had to do so once and my watch was replaced with a new one.

Omg... This was the best installation. No mess, no fuss and very efficient. They even made sure we knew how things worked before leaving. If anyone is looking to anything installed by Best Buy... Do It! It's worth it... Hands down.

Fortunately the watch does not need service. But with my history with the Geek Squad, I know I am in good hands.

Even though it seems expensive at first when buying, it is 100% worth it!! I sweat a lot and sometimes bang against things and my Fitbit messed up. I had this protection, took it in and replaced it with no problem! Easy and no questions asked!! For the money you pay for gadgets, get them protected!!

The quality and the product is off the change, this is the best watch that was ever made. My husband loves it

I got this protection plan for my smart watch because I’ve read a couple reviews some watches have complications after a year after purchase. This pretty much puts a security blanket over it, just incase it starts having problems.

I have been a BBY customer for years (around 10 by now) and I never buy any electronics without the replacement/protection plan attached. It's worth it, they will either fix the product or give you a new one. And that, to me, says a lot about the store's policies and their commitment with the public.

Easy to use. I wish I wouldn’t have had to use it, but unfortunately my wife’s watch would no longer turn on or charge. Customer service was friendly, polite, and professional.
