This 965 is a phanominal watch. It does everything i need for run training. The only issue i have with it is when you download the initial packages for the maps and all, it take all 32 gigs of memory. So downloading music to the watch is almost impossible, if all the map features are there. The fenix 8 is double the capacity so it would be a better watch overall.

The process to enable this service was easy and worth the investment knowing I have peace of mind.

You definitely want to add this to your electronic purchase! Comes in handy for the unknown.

I threw this on a Samsung Galaxy Ring purchase because I had doubts. Turns out I was right. The battery on it died in six months. It was super easy to get my money back, but it was store credit. There's no way to repair the ring and I decided I didn't want to risk another failure, so all I could get was credit to a store I don't normally shop at. Better than a piece of worthless e-waste, but not what I really envisioned. Read the terms and make sure you know what you are and aren't getting for whatever you cover.

I lost my charger and left it uncharged for like 4 months. Bought a replacement charger from Amazon. It hasn’t worked right since. Went to YouTube and got it to sync and turn on etc… current it will not charge past 40%. My suggestion is to never keep it uncharged as long as I did and don’t lose the charger. I bought Geek Squad so I’ll get it fixed or replaced.

When i buy something where a extended warranty is needed I always purchase the warranty

Worth the $$!! Got it for my kid, but I ended up breaking the product. Took it to Best Buy and the geek squad was professional and efficient. Highly recommend
