I recommend the geek squad service for most of the products you buy because of the no hassle repair/return policy. If they can't repair it they will replace or give your money back(minus the geek squad service cost). I always get the service on products like tvs, computers, appliances, etc.

Service agreement is well worth the money.i feel very protected and know that if something happens to my item it will be taken care of.

I never get insurance or plans, but I’ve always had great experiences with geek squad protection. I highly recommend getting it.

I wanted to get a handle on my daily routine and sleep patterns. The Alta was easy to set up. It does its job on activity, but if I sit knitting for hours, as I do, the Alta interprets this as restless sleep.

Unfortunately I had to use my warranty to replace my Fitbit but the customer service person who assisted me was awesome and it was a painless proces. I love the ease of warranty service here

It's good to know that I don't have to worry about my samsung gear if it stops working or it breaks because it's covered by warranty for a cheaper price. Thanks a lot for my peace of mind. Two thumbs up!

had gotten a tv from BB few months ago. It started to give a blue tint on images. when geek squad said they were unable to repair it, they refunded the entire money on the Tv. absolutely happy about it! :)

Have not had a need to use but I'm sure if I needed it should take care of my issues. Had this Geek Squad before use it and my laptop was replaced.

Thankful for this protection. Was within 2 months of warranty expiration when watch quit. No problems at Best Buy. Great service!

I get geek squad service with all my tv, computer, appliances, cameras, etc. It pays for itself if you have to take your product back for repair or return.

This was a replacement item. Representative made the process easy.

I purchase the insurance to keep from being sorry that I didn't. I use it a lot. I make the appointment, go in and Geek Squad just takes care of whatever it is.

You’re gonna want this warranty if you want peace of mind or have fear of damaging your smart watch. Highly recommend if you’re an outdoorsy person.
