Who does not like to have a warranty on any expensive purchase. While I haven’t used this warrant specifically yet I was able to use a warranty on my elite controller and it was very easy to go through the process so I recommend it for anyone.

Best Buy makes returning or replacing very easy and convienent. A must have, especially products Kids use or items that get a lot of wear. Huge reason I try to buy most of my products through Best Buy.

Let’s be honest, accidents happen, if your homemade giant 2x4 Jenga game topples into your TV or you accidentally put a brick in your washing machine, you will be a happy camper if you have this.

I have had to make use of geek squad protection plans a few times now which has made the purchases more than worth the cost. Knowing I'll be covered for a full 2 years and not the manufactures standard 90 day or 1 year gives me peace of mind. I so I don't usually purchase electronics without a protection plan now.

They always give you the best service and resolve quickly the problems.

I bought the protection for my Xbox Series X. Although I haven't needed to use it yet, I have used Geek Squad Protection on other products in the past with great results and customer service. I'd expect the same to happen if I ever have to use it again.

Tis is a nice unit, wsh it had more usb ports. After adding base cooler unit and one external hd dive your out of ports.

I get geek squad on every electronic I buy at Bestbuy.

Its a great console really nice, the graphics do not disappoint. I recommend a 1440p or a 1080p as budget, but if you want to go big 4K or 8k and have fun. Overall great console.

Alway always buy this best buy is a no hassle return and the receipt is in their system just look up ur phone number

Even though I only use the Xbox for 3 games it still runs pretty good and it’s not as complicated as a pc

The new Geek Squad Protection plan serves its purpose but over the years of being a Best Buy shopper the plans have declined slightly in service and quality, Turn around time has increased for repairs and the agents seem less than invested in making sure a quality experience is created and get your items back to you within a reasonable timeframe. I am also not to pleased with the fact that when a console or hardware product breaks or has a defect it is not replaced with a newer piece of equipment but a refurbished version. Granted that is only if the item you have is deemed unrepairable. I like the extra protection on certain products so I will continue to purchase; however, I think it may be time to reevaluate what these plans once were and go back to the services roots.

I recommend getting this on any electronics you spend over $100. I even get it on my Bluetooth wireless headset for my phone.only bad part is when you use it you have to repurchase for the new item. They should at least give you have off. But still great! I hate that I spend more money insuring my electronics at Best Buy that I do donating to any charity. Really pathetic! Excited by insurance for any of your electronics please remember if you find it in your heart for donating the same a lot of money to a charity. Best Buy has a charity when you check out indefinitely donate).
