No-brainer for protection of high-end purchases. When you absolutely don't need anything to go wrong with a product, you need this assurance that EVERYTHING will be covered - locally, which is a big deal for me. Communications breakdown with some long-distance returns or exchanges. I like my problems handled face-to-face.

Im a big on buying protection plans. Especially with electronics. If something does go wrong you just take it back to Bestbuy and they will ship it out to get fixed. Saves you the hassle of having to do it

Purchased this 2 weeks after Christmas in store, Associate was friendly and professional, explained to me that if there is a problem with the Xbox 1, to bring it to store and all I need is my phone number.This is such a relief, as this was a gift for my grandson and I live in Wisconsin and he lives in Illinois.

The system is perfect size for what games I play. If you play more games then you will need to buy a storage adapter. If you do decide to buy a storage adapter would think it’s best to just buy the X.

Look at everything that is covered and it better then most things I see now a days at other places
