Being able to run 120 fps and even 4k is big for something this size and value sure is something to into consideration.

Geek squad protection saved my xbox. Service replaced it with a refurbished unit when it was to be a new unit. Geek squad gave me a new one

Have not used this protection plan. but have used it for other purchases in the past. No issues with obtaining assistance with products covered. In store and Geek Squad assistance is excellent.

For some thos seems useless but, its saves alot of money in the back end for larger $$$ purchases and less hassle of shipping a broken or defective console back to Microsoft. And it covers controllers!!

This is always a must-have for me! I want piece-of-mind for aa long as I cen get. I have had controllers broken and with this service they've always been covered. Luckily no broken consoles.

Highly recommend getting this because you never know what can happen. Better to be safe than sorry. Don’t wanna find out the hard way.

Geek squad offers a 2 years warranty on your purchase of the Xbox 1s, only barring loss & theft. So basically, if you can get it to them, they'll give you a new one. It even includes water damage. So if you have little ones, or this is a present for the kids. This warranty is a great investment.

I had my Nintendo switch fixed i had no problems afterwards and still works about 5 years

This came in handy when our Xbox bit the dust. Luckily, it happened just inside the warranty. We were able to take it in to Geek Squad, they determined it needed to be replaced, and it was very quickly and efficiently handled.

I am grateful that geek squad is able to provide myself with the protection plan it offers.

Haven't used this yet but wanted a little peace of mind in case anything happens to the new Xbox X. The last Xbox we had just stopped working and we weren't able to fix it. Glad we have the extra protection just in case.

Excellent service, the truth is I didn't have to use it but for its price it convinced me and for everything it covered
