Great service, fast response, good service to purchase just in case something goes bad.

Good for peace of mind but it really isn’t worth it. My Xbox did break but they sent me back a refurbished console that only made it 6 months before that one break. Unfortunately their warranty on the new console is only 30 days.

Well I did break down and buy this. Love it is protected. Hope I never have to use it for awhile

I like that we have a protection plan in place to help fix and bugs or breakdowns

Ever since I started buying electronics from Best Buy, I have always gotten the protection plan. Amazing experience when I’ve had to use them.
