Ever since I started buying electronics from Best Buy, I have always gotten the protection plan. Amazing experience when I’ve had to use them.

I always get the protection plan when everything I buy at Best Buy I’ve never had a issues returning something a year or more later and there geek squad is amazing

Geek Squad protection plans are excellent value to price and worth the highest plan you can afford that will save you in the long term much of your hard earned cash and frustration : )

Protects it from basically anything, like accidental damage or scuffs? Seems perfect to me.

"Santa" brought this for our youngest who desperately wanted an PS5 which has been impossible for us to get thankfully he's completely satisfied with the Xbox system

I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

I love this product so much it’s so easy to use from specs and resolution I think it’s so much better than the Xbox series one
