I had to go through hoops to talk to their customer service, then, their customer service on the phone which are people that hardly speak English from a different country! (India) And they were absolutely no help because they cannot get you to the correct person or even know the technical jargon you are talking about. Bless their hearts, they do try. then, went to talk to Microsoft themselves and THEY WERE NO HELP, I JUST WANTED A REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE XBOX SERIES X device and they could not do it. SO, do not purchase if your item is defective just return it, wait to exchange (could be MONTHS) or get money back and buy one/pre-Order again. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
