I always get the Geek Squad protection. One of my first xbox consoles just gave out one day; turned out the HD went bad, but thanks to my Geek Squad protection, I was given a brand new xbox.

Purchased this 2 weeks after Christmas in store, Associate was friendly and professional, explained to me that if there is a problem with the Xbox 1, to bring it to store and all I need is my phone number.This is such a relief, as this was a gift for my grandson and I live in Wisconsin and he lives in Illinois.

Love the xbox series s. Great graphics, doesn't over heat. Smaller then the other xboxes and lighter.

Buy it. You won’t regret it. The computer is fast with awesome quality. Also the light effects look great in the room.

Best buy has the best protection plans. I buy electronics from them partially because of that.

Great value for protection. Just bought a new gaming console and was able to add 2 year coverage for less than $100.

Have not used this protection plan. but have used it for other purchases in the past. No issues with obtaining assistance with products covered. In store and Geek Squad assistance is excellent.

This is always a must-have for me! I want piece-of-mind for aa long as I cen get. I have had controllers broken and with this service they've always been covered. Luckily no broken consoles.

For some thos seems useless but, its saves alot of money in the back end for larger $$$ purchases and less hassle of shipping a broken or defective console back to Microsoft. And it covers controllers!!
