We were able to take it in to Geek Squad, they determined it needed to be replaced, and it was very quickly and efficiently handled.

The last Xbox we had just stopped working and we weren't able to fix it. Glad we have the extra protection just in case.

If I have learned anything, it is to take advantage of these services with Best Buy. I have had to redeem them before, and it is typically pretty painless!

So many games i can play wothout having to physicaly purchase them. Some other great features that aren’t on PS5 as well. Specifically Dolby Atmos audio!!!

I get a replacement... super worth the money

My Xbox did break but they sent me back a refurbished console that only made it 6 months before that one break. Unfortunately their warranty on the new console is only 30 days.

So basically, if you can get it to them, they'll give you a new one. It even includes water damage. So if you have little ones, or this is a present for the kids. This warranty is a great investment.
