As far the many months I’ve had this gaming console astonished with it amazing powerhouse

Can’t be too safe when buying expensive consoles, never know what might happen it’s worth the little extra

Love it super upgrade and smooth gameplay amazing the performance of these things

It was a little pricey, but you never know what will happen, overall it was a good buy, in order to have piece of mind. I do not have to worry about something happening and having to shell out full price again.

It is an extended warranty. Even XBOX recommends purchasing an extended warranty for their product.

We had to use the replacement on only one of the many items that we have purchased from Best Buy over the years. The process was so easy. Best Buy replaced the item and we were walking out of the door within 15 minutes with the replacement item. Will purchase when warranted in the future.

The only issue i have with my xbox series x is the controllers aux port for head sets keeps shorting out so now i have to invest in a wireless headset other than that love it

It is a huge improvement over the one x. Glad I got it on time for starfield release.

I bought an XboxOne S years ago, and it ended up having issues. Well, I didnt have the geek squad protection on it, so I had to go back and forth with microsoft for WEEKS before they resolved my issue. Go with Geek Squad!
