I haven’t had any trouble with my Xbox yet but i feel comfortable knowing I got warranty for it.

I strongly believe in the geek Squad service plan. It gives me the piece of mind. If my product ever malfunction i know i can go directly to the store and get help unlike other service plans where you have to call the manufacture even though you bought the warranty from the store.

Super glad I purchased this plan and feel 110% safer having purchased

This Xbox is so fast and snappy when switching between apps or loading games. Definitely worth it if you don’t want to spend the extra money for the “better” Xbox

Having this insurance as a safety blanket for devices that are made to break is essential I recommend everybody get this insurance policy for it’s easy to forget that electronics or not made to last forever

With kids like mine you have to make sure to get insurance on everything for peace of mind. Haven’t filed a claim but it’s nice having peace of mind.

We had to use the replacement on only one of the many items that we have purchased from Best Buy over the years. The process was so easy. Best Buy replaced the item and we were walking out of the door within 15 minutes with the replacement item. Will purchase when warranted in the future.

The agent helped me purchase this plan very quickly. I got this for my Xbox I purchased online. She gave me the best possible discounts and made sure I understood everything clearly. Very good interaction.

It was a little pricey, but you never know what will happen, overall it was a good buy, in order to have piece of mind. I do not have to worry about something happening and having to shell out full price again.
