I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at Best Buy. That’s why it’s my #1 favorite store in the world. They surpassed my expectations and in the end corrected something that was not their fault but a fault of mine. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I love Geek Squad protection! I buy protection on every one of my products. Imagine for whatever reason, I somehow knock the xbox over. A power surge hits. Etc. It’s replaced no questions asked through best buy.

I feel fairly confident that I will not use this in the two years. But I was always raised that it is better to have protection and not ever use it than for something to happen and you don't have protection.

Definitely worth getting the extended warranty to make sure that you’re always covered no matter what. Best Buy knows what they’re doing so it’s a win-win.

I bought my Xbox here and I haven't had any issues yet. I always buy warranties with all my products with best buy. Its worth buying their warranties.when I have issues with my products they usually fix it or replace it with a new one. This is with passed experience with their products I have purchased. That's why I always buy everything at bestbuy because they have such a great warranty without the hassle.

I try to always purchase extra warranty for all my best buy purchases. So far I haven't had any issues when having to replace any items. There's pretty good coverage, personally I didn't do the extra warranty on my s8 plus I purchased because mobile phones require an additional insurance deductible. Wasn't worth it for me because for the amount of the warranty purchase and deductible I could just buy a new phone if needed to. For everything else the warranty is great!!

Just purchased this plan today for my Xbox series X very happy to pay that price to protect a purchase of over 500 bucks not knowing what if anything could happen or go wrong and with new systems or any electronics ya never know so be smart and for sure invest a small amount to protect a big amount!!

I purchased the geek squad service because it was such an affordable price. My game console is new and hasn’t had any problems but knowing if something happens I’m covered is worth paying for it. It puts your mind at ease knowing you have protection

I've had the good fortune of having to use it twice for replacement of the original purchase and it's nice to qualify for 100% of the original purchase price when Best Buy can't match the original product. Receiving purchase credit is simple and pain-free. I highly recommend it.
