can't say worth the price

Would recommend instead of taking to geek squad to send back to manufacturer.

Sales Rep snuck this in on my bill.

I'm just letting everyone know to watch their sales reps. I didn't ask for the Geek Squad protection and didn't notice until getting home that the sales rep added the service to my bill without asking me.

Waste of money if you want a fast replacement.

Had a problem and took it in and they said they do not swap them in store and only send it out for repair. I would not have purchased it knowing I would be without the console.

The Extended Warranty Process is Frustrating

The Xbox is broken after 1 year 2 months. This should be a simple exchange. We called Best Buy they referred us to the company that handles their extended warranty. We talked to 3 different representatives and waited on hold for 30 minutes. The process will take "at least two weeks", before either the Xbox can be repaired or replaced. Frustrating that the process is not "user friendly" - as we asked how easy it would be to obtain service if we bought the extended warranty and were told it was really easy to get a repair or replacement.

Forgot about protection plan

Gamestop warranty is way better, no wait

Geek quad is a ripe off, I will not use them again

They just fix it then cancel your warranty. I had a 2 year warranty, I could of had microsoft fix it but they said they will ship it to Microsoft and they give them the part. Now they fix it and now my warranty is over. Do not trust these people at all. They lie.

Save your you money!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was always told when sold the warranty that it would be a huge store exchange well they changed the policy and they have to mail out the console which takes about a month to come back. And they didn't even replace it and the problem still exists and they told me they have to duplicate the issue but I have a console here that just reboots periodically for no reason and Microsoft all his already deemed it as a problem...but who am I, but just a paying customer Lol

Waste of money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I understand that the warranty was meant to cover defects possibly already existing within the equipment but you would hope it would cover accidents too however it doesn't and that wasn't stressed when I purchased the plan. So when an accident did happen I was left with a TV that could no longer be used and a warranty that didn't do a dang thing. I might have we'll saved the $ from the warranty and just used the manufacturer warranty because the tv was broken before a year was up.
