I get geek squad on every electronic I buy at Bestbuy.

I have a teenager so I definitely wanted to get the protection plan. I’ve purchased them in the past, easy to get the items replaced when they break or don’t work like they should.

I bought to cover my xbox since i travel for work you never know what can happen

Got the warranty on this Xbox and had an issue with the system didn’t have any problems with getting it replaced

When I bought my Xbox One X and I added this protection plan from The Geek Squad I haven't used it yet but if my Xbox does get broken or gets wet for any kind of reason I hope the Geek Squad keeps their end of the deal in fixing my Xbox cause this is my first time I've never ever broken or have my Xbox been fixed.

Best Buy makes returning or replacing very easy and convienent. A must have, especially products Kids use or items that get a lot of wear. Huge reason I try to buy most of my products through Best Buy.

Who does not like to have a warranty on any expensive purchase. While I haven’t used this warrant specifically yet I was able to use a warranty on my elite controller and it was very easy to go through the process so I recommend it for anyone.

Best Buy was awesome with helping us find the perfect Xbox for our daughter.

Even though I only use the Xbox for 3 games it still runs pretty good and it’s not as complicated as a pc

Tis is a nice unit, wsh it had more usb ports. After adding base cooler unit and one external hd dive your out of ports.

I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

Alway always buy this best buy is a no hassle return and the receipt is in their system just look up ur phone number

I have had to make use of geek squad protection plans a few times now which has made the purchases more than worth the cost. Knowing I'll be covered for a full 2 years and not the manufactures standard 90 day or 1 year gives me peace of mind. I so I don't usually purchase electronics without a protection plan now.
