Always always get the warranty. My brand new Xbox series X went kaput after about 10 months and they were able to replace it, no problem. The warranty is always worth it. I get it on every electronic I get here and it never lets me down.

Always get warranty on anything i buy it helps out a lot you never know what might happen to your important items

When I bought my Xbox One X and I added this protection plan from The Geek Squad I haven't used it yet but if my Xbox does get broken or gets wet for any kind of reason I hope the Geek Squad keeps their end of the deal in fixing my Xbox cause this is my first time I've never ever broken or have my Xbox been fixed.

An amazing game system just wish it was more storage on the system otherwise it is great system and definitely would recommend to anyone else.

My son loved this he always wanted an Xbox and he asked for this recently and it was hard to get it at first but finally I was able to get it thankfully someone cancelled their order and it was the last one so I got it I love Best Buy!

I have had to make use of geek squad protection plans a few times now which has made the purchases more than worth the cost. Knowing I'll be covered for a full 2 years and not the manufactures standard 90 day or 1 year gives me peace of mind. I so I don't usually purchase electronics without a protection plan now.

We always use geek squad. Best Buy has one of the best warranty return policies, and geek squad has never failed to get anything we have back on track if it’s fixable!

Geek Squad protection plan has decent quality but with quick responses to ensure your product is repaired in due time.

Who does not like to have a warranty on any expensive purchase. While I haven’t used this warrant specifically yet I was able to use a warranty on my elite controller and it was very easy to go through the process so I recommend it for anyone.

Let’s be honest, accidents happen, if your homemade giant 2x4 Jenga game topples into your TV or you accidentally put a brick in your washing machine, you will be a happy camper if you have this.

Got protection for my new xbox because what can i say, I'm a klutz and things happen. And if they happen geek squad has my back and the fix to whatever broke.

The system is amazing. Older games load quickly and paired with my TV, the picture quality is incredible. The price is well worth the quality.

Best Buy makes returning or replacing very easy and convienent. A must have, especially products Kids use or items that get a lot of wear. Huge reason I try to buy most of my products through Best Buy.
