sadly things happen. we always buy the warrenty just in case. I have used them before in the past and customer service is always nice and helpful and normally a quick turn around. just but it. you be thankful if something does go wrong

The Series X is everything I hoped it would be and more. Been an amazing buy for over a year now.

It is an extended warranty. Even XBOX recommends purchasing an extended warranty for their product.

[Employee of bestbuy] Xbox is great but what I found is that they decreased the storage space by half causing me to buy a storage expansion card in order to have more than 3 games at a time. I particularly enjoy the smaller build size of the Xbox itself.
