Insurance coverage for my purchased product(s). Hoping I won’t need it and if I do, that it will pay off having it.

They were very helpful. Yet, they cannot do much if you have an accidental drop to your Xbox series X. I had to go through hoops to talk to their customer service, then, their customer service on the phone which are people that hardly speak English from a different country! (India) And they were absolutely no help because they cannot get you to the correct person or even know the technical jargon you are talking about. Bless their hearts, they do try. then, went to talk to Microsoft themselves and THEY WERE NO HELP, I JUST WANTED A REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE XBOX SERIES X device and they could not do it. SO, do not purchase if your item is defective just return it, wait to exchange (could be MONTHS) or get money back and buy one/pre-Order again. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

I love these protect plan it’s affordable and great just in case you have issues.

A $500 investment. A $80 warranty with accidental coverage. I did it but I’m not a big fan on service contracts.

A fair price for a warranty, I was skeptical at first but after getting an explanation of benefits it was a know brainer!

Geek squad is great and always helpful. I recommend always getting the extra warranty.

don't get stuck with a faulty product. With the protection you always have a clear mind you can fix or replace your item. I suggest two years or more that way you can upgrade at a later date.

I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

I add geek squad to everything. I like not having to worry about anything. Everything is covered from accidents.

This is an awesome system that brings awesome value. I'm so glad I made the switch.

After talking with a sales agent, I definitely went with the Geek Squad Protection. You can never tell what problems could befall your purchase. Geek Squad is the best.

Every purchase (except phones) I've bought the best buy warranty. It's very helpful considering the high demand on products and how fast and careless they can shoot down the assembly line.

Haven’t had to use this plan, but I have used other plans and they are worthwhile
